Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in school-based environments or with pediatric populations
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, evaluation, and progress reporting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide direct therapy as well as consultative support for teachers and families K-12
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in RTI/MTSS processes and support classroom-based interventions
- Educate faculty, parents, and students on communication disorders and therapy strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all students
