Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Experience supporting K-12 students in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver evidence-based services that empower students to achieve their academic and social potential
