Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible California SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and assist with the development and updating of student goals
- Deliver therapy and supports on site, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all students
