Qualifications or Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP license in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pediatric experience required; prior work in school settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, staff, and families
Responsibilities or Duties:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to pediatric students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and related paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development activities
