Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in West Columbia, SC

- Previous experience delivering SLP services in schools is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational needs.
- Document progress, maintain compliant records, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Provide consultation and guidance to classroom teachers and parents.
- Adapt therapy techniques to address diverse student populations.
- Support students onsite, working full-time school hours throughout the contract.
