Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (required)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates—mentorship can be discussed
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Comfort working with K-12 caseloads, adapting interventions for various ages and abilities
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and students
- Ability to consider virtual/remote service delivery, as applicable
Position Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services tailored to each student’s goals, both individually and in group settings
- Consult with educators and parents to ensure students’ success across learning environments
- Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Advocate for best practices in communication support within the school community
