School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Worcester, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible license to practice in Massachusetts
- Eligibility for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong CFY applicants are encouraged to apply
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude
- Ability to organize, manage caseload, and prioritize documentation efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver treatment for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and related service providers
- Serve as a resource for staff and families, supporting strategies for classroom and home communication practice
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Attend IEP meetings, providing clear input on goals and progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
