A contract position is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatric services within a school setting located in Webster, MA. Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student development and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Experience providing speech therapy services in a pediatric school environment.
- Strong knowledge of school-based speech-language pathology regulations and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and school staff.
