What we’re looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Texas state license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current CFY status
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Adaptability and strong communication skills
- Commitment to the growth and progress of students in a school setting
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with educators, families, and other multidisciplinary team members
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs in both group and individual settings
- Maintain detailed records and participate in school-based meetings
- Communicate effectively with families on student progress and goals
- Support a positive, inclusive, and goal-oriented learning environment
