Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLP credentials and state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in progress of completing CFY
- Strong knowledge of pediatric language, speech, and communication disorders
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse classroom needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain ongoing documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
