School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Washburn, Wisconsin

Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated, contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students! This onsite role is uniquely shared between two welcoming school districts, offering a dynamic workweek and the chance to impact a diverse caseload of students.
This position has you supporting students in both Mellen (2 days per week) and Drummond (3 days per week), near Washburn, WI. Caseload spans approximately 50-60 students across both sites, providing you the chance to work with a variety of ages and communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage services across multiple sites
- Comfort working with students in both individual and group settings
- Excellent organization and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy tailored to students’ needs, ensuring progress and growth
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain student documentation and progress records in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for each student
