Make an immediate impact supporting students aged 4 to 15 by providing high-quality speech-language services in an educational setting. This contract position offers you the chance to apply your expertise with a manageable caseload size, allowing for focused, individualized attention to each student.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or a related field
- Active SLP licensure in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- School-based SLP experience is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support the communication needs of each child
- Provide direct therapy and intervention for a diverse caseload, adjusting techniques as necessary for ages ranging from preschool through early adolescence
- Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Position Details:
- Contract duration: November 26, 2026, through February 10, 2027
- 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday
