Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Warren, Michigan

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completion (or pursuit) of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Familiarity with special education procedures and IEP development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, resourceful environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech/language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students on your caseload (approximately 52 students)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance students' progress and participation in the classroom
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative support to staff and caregivers as needed
- Adapt therapy approaches based on student needs
