Essential Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience delivering therapy in a school-based ASD environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
- Ability to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop IEPs, and document student progress according to school guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Conduct thorough speech/language assessments and generate detailed reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, classroom aides, and related service personnel to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation while enforcing confidentiality and compliance with district standards
