Speech Language Pathologist in Wake Forest, NC

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) required
- Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a wide range of speech and language disorders
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide culturally sensitive services to diverse student populations
- Adjust strategies as needed to meet goals and monitor student progress
