Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in a school setting, ideally with diverse or mod/severe populations
- Knowledge of or willingness to work with AAC devices and strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to manage responsibilities across multiple campuses (final school assignments to be confirmed)
- Must be able to complete onsite work; teletherapy will only be considered under special circumstances
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech/language therapy services for students per IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Adapt therapy techniques and materials based on student strengths and challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in speech and language development
- Ensure compliance with district and state standards, including timely documentation and goal tracking
