Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role offers a consistent schedule, a single-site assignment, and the opportunity to work with a specialized student population.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP through End of School Year (EOSY)
- ESY: July 6th – August 21st
- NSY: 2026–2027 school year continuation
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- School Sites: 1 assigned location
Caseload & Responsibilities:
- Caseload of approximately 30–35 students
- Ages 7–21
- High-level autism population, many non-verbal students
- Provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support IEP development and implementation
- Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license
- Pennsylvania Educator Certificate required
- Experience with autism and non-verbal populations strongly preferred
Interview Process:
- Virtual 1:1 interview
- Onsite visit required prior to offer
- Flexible scheduling for interviews
- Offer extended after successful onsite visit
