Key Qualifications:
- Active Missouri SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology
- Comfort with diverse K-12 caseloads, with an emphasis on elementary populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student success
- Supervise and utilize paraprofessional support to optimize service delivery
- Adapt interventions as needed across varying age groups
