Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ventura, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY in progress
- Experience in an educational or pediatric environment preferred
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
- Creative, adaptable, and passionate about working with school-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student success
- Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions
- Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with program planning and compliance
