Hours: 7:45 AM–3:00 PM
Caseload: Approximately 30–50 students
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will serve students in grades K–8th at one school location, with a varied caseload of approximately 30–50 students.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated speech-language professional who is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services appropriate to your credentials
Manage a varied caseload of approximately 30–50 students in grades K–8th
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Provide appropriate speech and language therapy services to support student communication and academic success
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Work onsite during the school day from 7:45 AM–3:00 PM
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with a variety of speech and language cases preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
