A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the Spring 2026 semester, focused on supporting an elementary caseload in an in-person school setting in Vancouver, WA. This position offers a supportive environment where supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is not required, allowing you to concentrate on direct service provision.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings as needed to support student outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Valid CCC-SLP certification or in possession of SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience working within a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school personnel
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively
  • Willingness to start in March 2026, with flexibility for an earlier start
