School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Valparaiso, Indiana

In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week), you'll have the chance to work closely with students, staff, and families to support student success and communication goals. Key Requirements:
- Current or eligible Indiana SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Passion for working with intermediate/elementary-age students
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging assessment and therapy services to 5th grade students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Develop, monitor, and document IEPs and student progress
- Help create a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners
- Provide consultation and training for staff regarding speech and language best practices
