Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Valley Springs, CA

Qualifications and desired experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active SLP license for California
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress tracking
- Skilled in both assessment and direct service delivery
- Clear communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech, language, and communication therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations using formal and informal assessment tools
- Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to integrate supports into classroom activities
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate records of services and student progress
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and provide input on student progress and strategies
