Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Valid or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but open to those passionate about working with children
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
  • Deliver therapy services individually and in group settings
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate in the development of IEPs
  • Communicate progress and strategies with educators, support staff, and families
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to promote positive student outcomes
