A contract opportunity is available for three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve multiple school buildings in Fairfield, CA. This role involves working with caseloads across Pre-K through 12th grade in a dynamic school environment. The position requires onsite presence and is ideal for SLPs passionate about supporting students in early childhood and K-12 educational settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across multiple schools.
- Manage caseloads ranging from 35-40 students in Pre-K to 1st grade, 40-45 students in K-8th grade, and 50-55 students in K-12th grade.
- Collaborate with special education teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment.
- Deliver services onsite to ensure direct support and engagement with students.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively across multiple grade levels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families.
- No VOCO SLP or SLPA candidates; onsite availability is required.
Location and Hours:
- Based in Fairfield, CA.
- Contract position from ASAP start date through June 5, 2026.
- 37.5 hours per week across multiple school buildings.
