Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Pediatric/school-based or healthcare experience (teletherapy background a plus)
- Ability to supervise SLPAs (SLP applicants)
- Experience with early intervention services highly valued
- Comfort with K-12 (SLP) or K-6 (SLPA) student caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- On-site therapy services for a caseload of 25-30 students
- Assessment, IEP development, and intervention planning/execution
- Supervise up to two SLPAs and provide coaching/guidance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain documentation and participate in meetings as required
