Your expertise will shine as you perform a variety of essential SLP duties, including conducting assessments, participating in IEP meetings, and providing both direct and indirect services. Supervision is available for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) placements, making this an excellent role for recent graduates seeking hands-on mentorship alongside experienced professionals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Colorado SLP license (or eligible for licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates also encouraged
  • Previous experience in school settings supporting students from PreK to 12th grade is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Your Role:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Perform formal and informal language, articulation, and fluency evaluations
  • Develop, write, and implement effective IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student progress
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions
  • Provide mentorship to CFY clinicians when appropriate
