You'll work 37.5 hours per week, with schedule options between 7:15am-3:15pm or 7:45am-3:45pm, providing flexibility while ensuring a consistent work-life rhythm. The focus is a preschool caseload, typically ranging from 40 to 60 students, where your clinical skills will truly shine.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Colorado
  • Previous experience or strong interest in school-based therapy, particularly with preschool populations
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and IEP processes

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and deliver evidence-based therapy to preschool students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with educational staff and families
  • Work closely with an on-site SLP for support, consultation, and joint interventions
  • Monitor student progress, adapting therapeutic strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
