A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available with an immediate start, providing services across two educational sites in Urbana, Ohio. This role involves working 7.5 hours per day, split between Yoder Learning Center in West Liberty for three days and Triad for two days each week. The daily start time typically begins around 7:30 AM, with slight variations depending on the school district schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students primarily diagnosed with autism, ranging from kindergarten through high school.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s communication needs.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum, ideally within school settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to manage caseloads across multiple school sites.
- Ability to start immediately and maintain reliable attendance.
