What We’re Looking For:
- Current SLP licensure and in good standing
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- School-based and/or healthcare SLP experience preferred
- Pediatric expertise (especially with elementary-aged students) is a plus
- Teletherapy skills welcome
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a full-time SLP at an elementary school (9am–3:30pm hours)
- Manage a caseload of no more than 60 students
- Implement evidence-based speech and language interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop effective IEPs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
