- Proficient with case management, assessment, and individualized education planning (IEP)
- Ability to collaborate flexibly with multidisciplinary teams and school staff
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students at two educational campuses, adhering to their individualized goals
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
- Complete documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (as applicable) with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
- Offer consulting and training for teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Attend IEP/ARD meetings and participate in team discussions for student progress
