Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Union, SC

Qualifications:
- Holds current Speech-Language Pathology licensure in South Carolina
- South Carolina Educator Certification is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience providing speech therapy in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with K-12 populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Must be able to work onsite throughout the duration of the contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services for diverse student needs
- Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with district and state policies
- Provide support and guidance to teachers and families regarding speech/language interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
