A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year in Ashby, MN. The position focuses on supporting students from PreK through age 22 within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 40-50 students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state policies
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year eligibility
- Experience or interest in working within a PreK-22 educational environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and provide compassionate care
