Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred

- Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students of varying ages
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals based on student abilities
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers, counselors, and administrators
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies
- Involve families and caregivers in the therapy process to support students’ progress both at school and at home
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to support students’ academic and developmental journeys
