Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active licensure as SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA, with eligibility to work in a school and virtual setting
- Experience with pediatric and elementary school caseloads
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and online documentation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel
- Prior school-based or healthcare-based pediatric experience preferred
- Dedicated high-speed internet and workspace for virtual service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students using virtual tools and best practices for online assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with school teams
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy via teletherapy (one-on-one and group settings)
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, consultations, and ongoing communication with teachers and caregivers
- Provide education and support to families and staff regarding student needs and goals
