Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure as well as ASHA certification (CCC or CFY considered)
- Experience in elementary school settings is helpful, though not required
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Desire to work with a diverse elementary-aged student population
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to deliver comprehensive support
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and ongoing student evaluations
