Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred

- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress, therapy notes, and required reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of plans, accommodations, and modifications
- Provide resources and support to teachers and parents to promote carry-over and student growth
