Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience providing speech-language services in elementary school settings highly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and evidence-based interventions
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to onsite work for the duration of the contract; this district is seeking in-person providers
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to an elementary-aged caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultation and support for teachers to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state policies
