What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions aimed at meeting specific speech and language objectives
- Closely monitor and document progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including educators, therapists, and support staff, ensuring cohesive and holistic care
- Involve families in the therapy process, providing education and strategies to reinforce progress outside of sessions
Who we’re seeking:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Background working with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork abilities
- Responsible, flexible, and passionate about making a positive impact for students
