Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Tonopah, Nevada
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Tonopah, NV, offering a contract opportunity within a school setting. This role provides services to diverse age groups, with caseloads not to exceed 55 students. The assignment begins at the start of the new year and concludes on May 21, 2026, with a workweek of 35 hours.
Key qualifications and experience for this position include:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Experience working in school settings
- Background in healthcare and pediatrics considered an asset
- Skilled in teletherapy practices
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is acceptable
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing therapy services tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
