In this versatile role, you will work 40 hours per week, spending three days at the elementary level (supporting a caseload of 33 students) and two days at a junior high school (providing services to 16 students). Additionally, you will serve as a case manager for fewer than 10 students, ensuring individualized attention and care.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license for the state of Arizona
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Schools experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech/language therapy for elementary and junior high students
- Evaluate, assess, and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Serve as case manager for a select group of students, coordinating services and monitoring progress
