Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Proven supervisory experience within an educational or pediatric clinical setting
- Prior work with K-8th grade populations
- Active Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to SLP team members, ensuring compliance with best practices and district standards
- Oversee assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a K-8 caseload
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and outside professionals to optimize program delivery and student outcomes
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development and share knowledge with colleagues
