About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services to elementary school students and early intervention programs. This is a fully remote, full-time role for the 2025–2026 school year, with the opportunity for contract renewal.
Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to a caseload of elementary and early intervention students

Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure therapy aligns with each child’s needs

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state requirements

Utilize teletherapy tools and technology effectively for engaging online sessions
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current state SLP license (CCC-SLP required)

Previous virtual therapy experience required

Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital resources

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
Compensation & Contract Details

1099 contract position

37.5 hours/week for the full school year
