Remote SLP Position - Virginia
Woodbridge, VA
We are currently seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist licensed in Virginia who is passionate about enhancing students' lives and making a meaningful impact. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, helping you maintain a strong work-life balance.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Virginia state license in Speech Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
Position Details:
- Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
- 1099 Contract position
- Flexible Caseloads depending on preference
- ASAP start for the current school year or placement for the 2026–2027 school year (August–May)
- Contract duration aligned with the school year, with potential for renewal
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct virtual evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Provide teletherapy services with a focus on articulation goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families via virtual platforms
- Monitor student progress, adjust therapy as needed, and participate in virtual IEP meetings
Interview Process:
- 10–15 minute screening call with a VocoVision recruiter
- 15-minute technical assessment
- 20–30 minute virtual interview with the school district
- Offers are typically extended within 24–48 hours following the interview
