A full-time virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for grades 5-6 students. This contract position supports remote speech therapy services within a school setting, focusing on telepractice to deliver effective interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
- Providing teletherapy services using established virtual platforms.
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on therapy outcomes.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience with school-based speech therapy services.
- Proficient in teletherapy and virtual speech-language service delivery.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with students in grades 5 and 6.
Location: This position is based in West Lafayette, IN, with services delivered virtually.
