A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while providing essential support to students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments virtually.
- Delivering individualized therapy sessions through a secure teletherapy platform.
- Collaborating with educational staff to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
- Utilizing technology effectively, including Zoom Pro, to engage students in interactive learning activities.
- Accessing clinical and technical support teams as needed to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Proven experience in a school-based setting preferred.
- Proficiency with telepractice platforms and virtual therapy tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students in a virtual environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
