Position Details
- Location: Fully Virtual | Georgia
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Dates: ASAP - May 2027
- Caseload: K-12
- Additional caseload and assignment details will be discussed during the interview.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations virtually.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy through a secure teletherapy platform in individual and small group settings.
- Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP records in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding communication needs and services.
- Adapt therapy activities and strategies to effectively engage students in a virtual environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based or pediatric experience required.
- Previous teletherapy experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable providing services and collaborating with school teams in a fully virtual environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $45-$50/hour, based on experience
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Flexible work-from-home environment
