Elementary High School Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - CT

This position involves providing remote speech-language pathology services through a virtual platform designed to enhance assessment and therapy delivery. The role supports students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, focusing on individualized 1:1 telespeech sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations for school-aged children using virtual tools.
- Delivering tailored therapy sessions to address individual student needs via telepractice.
- Collaborating with educational staff and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Utilizing available clinical and technical support resources to optimize service delivery.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Valid SLP certification and licensure appropriate for school-based telepractice.
- Proven experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations.
- Proficiency in telespeech service delivery, including familiarity with virtual assessment and intervention tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage students effectively in a remote setting.
- Ability to manage schedules flexibly while meeting service requirements as a 1099 contractor.
Location: Remote – work performed from home providing telespeech services to students in Shelton, CT.
