A contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This role offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely from home, supporting students in need of speech and language intervention virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students via virtual platforms in compliance with school-based protocols
- Conduct individualized assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure effective delivery of services and troubleshoot technical challenges as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and educational standards
- Communicate progress and updates with relevant educational staff and caregivers
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing speech-language pathology services in school settings
- Prior experience in virtual or telespeech therapy is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage technology platforms and adapt therapy to remote environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid licensure and certifications as required by state regulations
