Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Arizona

ProCare Therapy is seeking 5 full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide virtual services to students in Arizona schools. This is an exciting opportunity for SLPs who enjoy working independently, using technology to support student success, and collaborating with school teams to deliver high-quality speech and language services.
The districts are expanding their virtual service model, making this a great fit for clinicians who are comfortable with teletherapy and are ready to help build an effective virtual program.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to school-aged students.
- Conduct evaluations and participate in consultations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, progress reports, and student records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families.
- Complete Medicaid billing as required.
- Potentially provide supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
- Manage services across 1–2 school sites, depending on assignment.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Experience providing school-based speech-language services.
- Previous virtual or teletherapy experience strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with IEP systems; experience with IEP Pro is a plus.
