Provide specialized speech-language pathology services through telespeech and in-school settings for students in grades K-8. This contract position offers a focused caseload of 12 students, allowing targeted support within a 30-hour workweek spread across four days.
Location: Olympia, WA
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with speech and language impairments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
- Utilize telespeech technology effectively, ensuring seamless remote service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Actively licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Washington State.
- Eligible for or possessing an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate.
- Experience serving school-aged children, preferably K-8.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy methods for both in-person and telespeech environments.
